Can you turn off the comms Menu

Do you know if you can stop the red comms menu on the left of coming up with every response, sometimes not even my squadron or flight is talking, and it comes up. I think you can turn off HUD messages on the right side in Conf.ini, but not sure on comms one.

I'm sorry, but I don't know what you are referring to. I know you are not talking about VAC, because VAC has no communications menu. So you must be talking about a game, but I don’t know which one.

Sorry, I thought VAC was mainly for iL2, but I've noticed also other profiles since. I was referring to the red comms menu in iL2 down the left side, which comes up using VAC whenever anyone says anything, from your own flights/Squadrons, or tower etc. Its VAC related sort of because without it you needed to do the TAB, 1, 1 bit to give orders etc. and I thought you or some other member may know how to disable this. Thanks, and your program is getting better each upgrade, can virtually fly COMPLETELY by voice now (to a point, anyway).

If you are talking about the radio chatter showing up on screen, I think you set "NoSubTitles=1" in the config.ini file in the IL2 install directory.
