From the people who brought you Mission4today

Quite new to this site I am not sure whether this is the right thread to ask for installation routine of downloaded skins.

I cannot find the structure/folders I am used to with Il-1946 or other sims, having installed out of box and updated via Stream I actually don´t see any ClOD- or Ubisoft-folder at all.
Excuse me if this is a stupid question ...

Hmm for me at least on Win 7 the paintschemes are to be placed under,

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\PaintSchemes\Skins

or whatever drive you have installed to.
Is the Il-2 folder not appearing within the steam\steamapps folder?

Thank you, found it and will try to install later. Only wonder why they "hide" these under SteamApps/commons, but anyhow, I am grateful for this hint!

(And I actually had put my "old" Il-2/1946 outside the windows games folder as suggested by most - but of course as for Steam you have no choice to choose.)
