What planes would you have like to have seen in Il2 '46 tell us wich one and if you can why.
I would like to have seen.
The RAF vampire and gloster meteor.
The USN Ryan Fireball
The USAAF "flying flapjack"
2 types of the Luftwaffe Natter one armed with the 74 ungided rockets and another one with the poposed 2 30MM cannons.
They were all good aircraft.

Well I can say that I would have loved to have gotten a Fw-190 with the Panzerschreck as a weapon of choice.

Every one that ever flew lol - and didn't

But then I'm realistic enough to know that's impossible and I'm quite satisfied with what we have.

A game/simulator like IL-2 is very complex when you think about it and there's an uninmaginable amount of work involved.
The 1C:Maddox team and all the volunteers/third parties have done a great job IMHO Even X-Plane with all the world (and airfields)available and it's 3D model, map, Airfoil etc utilities isn't half as much fun for me as IL-2.
Even with UBI pressuring him to move on to BoB Oleg is still committed to this baby, and it's a long time before it will loose it's attraction for me. There's no end of the line for this sim as far as I'm concerned. I will buy any expansion/add-on to come with my eyes closed. I know it will be worth it.
