Problems with saving changed skins

Postby Karstele on Tue Nov 22, 2005 6:34 pm

Hello out there !

Since about a week I have a strange problem occuring: after having changed number of groups, type of planes used skins etc. - hitting the update button - everything is saved except the changed skins

If I open the mission in the game mostly all used skins are set back to default, but not all. There doesn't seem to be a pattern in what changes are saved.

I really need some help

Used Vers. is QMT 1.9.5

Thanks again E_shift for that great tool

First, you're welcome, it's my pleasure.

I don't think it's the version which is now 1.9.6. I'll check it out, can you tell me what planes you see this with?

In any case, I'll check it out and report back.

Thanks for your instant reply . . .

actually I can not find a system in what planes it affects - I would say all of them. Strange is, that it also sets those skins that I have used already in a mission before back to default ?!

Quite surprising sometimes to say it humorously

As a reminder I#m in Germany - hopefully it not besause of that

It could be because of the Germany regional settings. I'll set my computer's regional setting and see if I can cause the problem.

Hello again,

I solved the problem . . .
Since you mentioned that there is already version 1.9.6 I deinstalled the 1.9.5 version that I were using and installed the new one.
And the problems are gone - as far as I can see for now.

There is only one (new) issue occuring: the time for all missions is shown with 0:00 ? The possibility "lock mission time" is not ticked.

But I can live with that

Thanks again
