Back on Nov.23, I paid for your VAC software. I enjoy it with Falcon 4 AF. I have not received an activation code yet, even though I have e-mailed twice. Is there a problem?

Sorry for the delay, I just moved and DSL will take till next week to get hooked-up. I just got dial-up today and will be getting the registration codes out today.

I purchased VAC on november 30th and still did not get the activation code. I already sent 3 e-Mails to vacsupport@dwvac.com.

Please have a look into it.

Most likely the emails I sent you were filtered as SPAM, we can thank the spammers for that.

I did respond to all your emails, it's a shame none of my emails got through to you.

Check your messages here, you should have what you need.

thanx for the code. You were right. The mails were classified as spam by my ISP and I overlooked them in the list of spam mail my ISP sends me.
