Hello All,

I thought I give you a quick update about VAC and Vista. Right now I've compiled a working version in Vista of VAC and the Builder. So far everything seems to be working very well and VAC is using the native SAPI 5.3 that comes with Vista.

I'm going to be making some changes to the builder (adding a feature or two) and most likely a change to the registration.

I'm thinking of letting the user add/remove their own keys for PTA and PTD that the VAC Builder will then use in the drop down boxes. I may change the profile from xml to straight text, but still thinking about this.

I hope to be asking for a couple of Vista VAC testers pretty soon.

P.S. I read through the VISTA 32 Support thread, I'm going to leave it here. I ask all of you, is to remember everyone has opinions, right or wrong doesn’t matter, we should all show respect to each other. All of us here enjoy the same hobby. That’s all I have to say about that.

If you need a beta tester for 64 bit Vista Ultimate I will be glad to do it.

If you need a beta tester for Vista 32 I would be more that happy to test it for you.

Hello All,

Here's an update about VAC. I just built the release version of VAC for Vista 32 / Vista 64 and sent it to the active testers. The only thing missing in this version is the help file. I'll add help to a later release in the not to distant future.

If all goes well I hope to release VAC 2.0 around the 1st of May.
