runtime error 339

I'm getting this error when I try using the 'Check for Updates' in the builder.
Error : RICHTX32.OCX or one of it's dependancies is not registered/file is missing or invalid.
It's no big deal because I check for updates manually anyway, but I would like to know the problem/solution.
