I'm getting runtime error "430"

"Class does not support Automaton or does not support expected interface"

Any ideas?

Yes, it's the shared support dll of QMT and VAC. If you updated QMT to version 1.9.0 without updating VAC that will be the error you get. I update both QMT and VAC when I make changes to the support dll, try downloading the newest VAC version (1.6.7) and that will fix the error.

I'm getting this error to when I try to run the keyboard tester. I have no ideaer what QMT is though?

Oh Crap! I forgot to re-compile the keyboard tester. I'll be back in my home state in a few days and get the keyboard tester re-compiled and posted.

Hello Shift_E

I installed VAC 1.7.6 and still I get this very message but only in keyboard tester.
I'm also using QMT 1.9.3 but it's working ok.

I've reinstalled VAC over and it happens all the same.

Any idea to get around this?

To make a long story short, I made a mistake when I first created the 1.7.6 build and forgot the keyboard tester. I corrected the install files and updated the web site. If you can redownload the core and install 1.7.6 again that should fix the problem.

Bad news.

I downloaded and installed the 1.7.6 version again and the error still happens when trying to run the keyboard tester.
