running trial, no option to save profile?

Postby frior-one on Fri Aug 19, 2005 12:08 pm

hi, i am just running the trial (ordered headset mike this morning) will buy when head set arrives. i do not seem to be able to "save" a profile. i am building one from scratch. i am just testing with a call to get vector to home base. is the save feature activated once bought? also can i program tab to turn on the pf comms, i changed it to ctrl as that was a listed command in vac?
looks a great utilty that will add fun to il2/pf

Hi,

There is a "Save Profile" button on the lower right of the VAC Builder, once changes are made to the profile the button will become enabled, then click it and your changes will be updated.

Yes, you can program the "Tab" key to create all the wingman commands in PF. In fact on the VAC web site is a user profile page that have user created profiles to download. You could get one of those and modify it to suit your needs.

VAC is fully functional for 30 days, after that time the "save" and "voice on" are disabled until the registration code is entered.

Hope this helps,

Hi,

Go to http://www.dwvac.com/ and look at the image of the VAC Builder. The lower right shows 3 buttons, "Save Profile", "Test Phrase" and "Exit". That is what yours should look like, the "Save Profile" will be grayed out until you make a change of some kind to the loaded profile, once you make a change the "Save Profile" button will be enabled.

Hope this helps,
