Missing pictures help file

Postby mag_maverick on Sat Jan 21, 2006 9:34 pm

Help screen pictures are missing. I get a green empty box with the message "The picture 'VACbuilder.bmp' is missing!". Is there any way to get these pictures to appear. It would help in following the help file explanations.

Thanks!

Oops. My bad, I'll get the help file updated. Should be tonight or tomorrow morning, then post it for download at VAC's web site.

I've updated the web site's download page with the fixed help file. I made the help file a seperate download so you wouldn't have to re-download the larger install files.

New Help Files corrected the missing screen shots. Thanks for the fast update.

Just getting started with VAC so I'm sure I'll have a few more questions. I have not yet tried all of the features. I have setup simple profiles for IL2-FB+AEP+PF, CFS2 and BOB2. They all WORK! I cannot say the same for other retail products I've tried.

Again...Thanks!

Thank you for your kind words. I just finished upgrading my computer and I forgot to move the help images to the folder they needed to be in. I can’t believe how much stuff you put on your computer over time. :D

The builder was never an after thought when I started this project. My goal was to put the user in control of the VAC profile and allow them to create or modify any profile. This was very important because I knew not everyone sets their keyboard commands the same in all the games. The builder grew from the help of a couple of gaming individuals who needed specific features for the games they want to use VAC in.

Thanks again for trying VAC,
