Unfortunately no. UQMG (UberQuick Mission Generator) is a mission generator, which is different than a mission editor. It creates missions based on the parameters you specify, but it is not an editor for already created missions, except for the UQMM (UberQuick Mission Manager), which converst SP to Coop, Coop to SP, Campaign to SP, Campaign to Coop, and all to DF.

UQMG is really a very encompassing program, and I have written an extensive tutorial for it. Check it out, it is free. You can get it at http://www.uberdemon.com .

A mission editor changes parameters of already existing missions, and the only alternatives to the FMB that I know of are QMT, and good old Windows "Notepad" (or another text editor).

UQMG-generated missions can be edited by QMT as well.
