Joystick calibration

Postby Daddyo on Wed Apr 13, 2005 12:39 pm

I've noticed that my joystick (Logitech Extreme 3D Pro) loses calibration after a mission has begun. A roll to the right (clockwise) becomes progressively slower and slower. Upon ending the mission and checking the hardware input screen, indeed a rightward push on the joystick fails to push the 'dot' all the way to the right. It's really annoying having this crop up in the middle of a dogfight!

Can anyone tell me what's going on and how to fix it? Thanks.[/quote]

Unfortunately, the quality of Lopgitec's product is quite low and if it can't keep calibration, it is most probably in need of replacing.

For a good long term investment, I would suggest CH Fighterstick and pedals.
