I would like to say that I'm shocked, but I'm not. A well intentioned legal system is being brought to a ponderous crawl with frivolous lawsuits and a total lack of common sense.
My personal favorite is the story (true?) of the guy who had just bought a large Recreation Vehicle and on his first highway trip, placed the cruise control on...and then got out from behind the wheel to go back in the kitchen and make a sandwich. Obviously, he crashed. He sued because no one told him that "cruise control" was not the same as an auto-pilot...and won!

Again, I've spent alot of time and money calling both Boeing and Lockheed and BOTH company's Copywrite division head lawyers are happy to write Oleg a waiver. If Oleg needs their direct contact information, it's not like it's some mystery to find me! Enough of this U.S. bashing tempest in a teapot! Every last one of you if you get into a legal fix will go running for a lawyer if you can afford one!

STOP this hype and nonsense!

As far as the slimes at Northrup-Grumman and what they may or may not have done here, I need everyone to call this number and register your outrage!...

Agreed that if there is a policy of a company I disagree with, it is better to call them....and more effective than making broad generalized indictments.
I appreciate the contact info for Northrop-Grumman and I will give them a call and ask what has occurred. Because what I've read so far sounds like a spoiled child, angry that someone else drew a picture with their crayon.

You have to admit that (most) lawyers and (many of) their lawsuits make such easy targets for the public's ridicule and derision. It is important to seperate a legal system from those who would abuse it's rules for their own ends.

I couldn't agree more Mud! And everyone should try to remember that money is important in scale. For 1:C Maddox, I'm sure $50,000.00 or so is a boatload of money to them as it would be to me and most people. To a company like Northrup Grumman?... hardly worth accounting for!

Hey guys, remember that they primarily make their money on defense contracts and they are extemely sensitive to puvblic opinion. Remain silent and look in the mirror for who's to blame.

To be beaten is bad, to quit is pathetic!
